NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Oneonta will hold a public hearing on August 31, 2026, 05:30 PM at Town Hall, 3966 State Highway 23, West Oneonta, New York, concerning TB000028, the Amended and Consolidated Application of Abner Doubleday LLC to expand the Cooperstown All Star Village Planned Development District.
The proposal would expand the existing PDD-R/B to include Tax Parcels 287.00-1-53.00 and 287.00-1-84.00, located along New York State Route 23, to the existing PDD-R/B encompassing Parcels 287.00-1-33.00, 287.00-1-54.00 and 287.00-1-55.00, and rezone Parcels 53 and 84 from B-2 General Business to PDD-R/B. The unified proposal includes campus and parking expansions, a pedestrian overpass, associated site plans and lot-line adjustments.
Application materials are available for inspection by appointment at Town Hall during regular business hours. All interested persons will be heard.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Please take notice that the Town of Oneonta Planning Board will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Oneonta Town Hall, 3966 State Highway 23, West Oneonta, New York.
The purpose of the meeting is to continue the Planning Board’s review of the proposed Cooperstown All Star Village Planned Development District expansion, including the associated site plans, proposed lot-line changes, SEQRA review, and consultant and agency comments, and to determine whether the Board is prepared to make its recommendation on the unified PDD project to the Town Board.
