Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Oneonta will hold a public hearing at or about 
7:05pm on February 6, 2023, at the Town Hall, 3966 State Highway 23, West Oneonta, NY  13861, 
pursuant to an application submitted by Maria Eliza Oprea for a Special Use Permit for short term rental 
of 2851 Co Hwy 8 tax parcel no. 287.09-1-75.02.  Copies of the complete text are on file in the Code 
Enforcement Office at the Town Hall in West Oneonta, NY.
